Not as firm as the winter boots so have to open them up by way of the zipper to get on and off, and the zipper is very tricky doesn't want to move at the best of times. The right boot bothers my heel where the seam is gonna have to find something to put over the seam. Maybe the just need to be worked in, sprayed them with protectant wasn't sure if they are waterproof it didn't say on description

Best booties ever!

I ordered a 10 because normally i t would choose 9.5 in other brands, it fits perfectly! For my feet, they are super comfortable, and also i had to break them a little bit at the heal, beautiful summer boots and so charming, i recommand! Also, i had to send back two of the pairs i bought because they where not the right size for me, and no issues for an exchange or a refund.
