Great service, product works well
Ordered a standard stick on whiteboard, but after a while with no updates, I emailed and found out that my order was too wide to be shipped. I was then generously offered a free upgrade to a stick on magnetic board, and an Accessory kit. I found the customer support to be excellent. The product itself was great, easy to install, and looks good.

Faulty product and no response to emails
The product arrived in a timely manner. I followed all the instructions and even watched the how to video on YouTube. Even though it was perfectly smooth, over the next couple days it started to bubble. I contacted customer service via email asking very politely for assistance on how to fix and it was ignored. My subsequent follow ups were also ignored. I now have an overpriced, oversized bubbled sticker on my wall that I can’t stand to look at.
