I am extremely dissatisfied with the order process!!! When I ordered the glasses there was no mention that they were back ordered and not available. I paid for express shipping and waited and waited for my order to show. After many days, I reached out to find the status of my order and only then did I find out they were not available. So Kiaura not only let me ask for expedited shipping, they also took my order money even though the product was not even available. When I finally received the order after weeks, I reached out to ask for a refund of the expedited shipping fee. The response from Bernadette at Kiaura sales support (and I bet Bernadette is an AI Bot) was when they finally got the glasses in stocks after weeks they shipped them express, so no refund. They should have made me aware that the glasses were not available when I placed my order, should not have taken my money until the glasses were available and should have not charged for 3 day shipping to deliver them in 3 weeks. Don't fall for this like I did. A very dissatisfied customer.

I love my new Ando sunglasses. Picked them up in Havana, XL. Frames have a good weight to them, and they fit well on the face and nose. Feel like a true XL fit on frame width and length from temple to ear. Most glasses I wear are too skinny on the face and the frames flare out. These don't. Highly recommend!

Different sizing would be great! These were so big that even silicone nose pads didn’t do the trick
