Poor quality
I do support the product, however, the quality of the product, specifically the bottle head is poor. I followed the instructions and left it hanging on the indicator stick. It leaks constantly.

Great diffuser! Not so great customer service
The scent is absolutely fantastic! Lasts long too! Comes in a lovely little leather pouch too. 5* for the diffuser itself. However 3* for the service. Shipping was fast but received an email to say shipping was “free” but was still charged.
