I’ve been using black salt for a few years, ever since World Spice introduced me to it. I love to sprinkle it on fresh salad. Its unique flavor adds a zing that makes everything taste even better.

As a vegan I was looking to make a tasty tofu scramble for my weekend breakfast. This black salt was recommended highly for giving the crumbled tofu that sulfur-ey egg like taste. It was hard to find in the stores but World Spice had it. With just a pinch it ups the taste and depth of flavor to my weekend tofu scramble...love it!
