This lock is poor quality and poorly designed. I could not even use it once since the preset combination did not work and when trying to set a combination that also did not work. The lock also does not have a release button that is on similar types of luggage locks. When trying to return the product there was initially no response. When customer service did respond following a second attempt, I would have to pay for shipping to return the lock, which is about half the cost of the product. It turns out the exact same lock is sold under multiple brand names for half this cost and the issue with opening the lock is common. Recommend to not buy this product.
