Does not work and cant get ahold of anyone!

I usually don't write reviews on things that I purchase (especially bad reviews). I just want to make sure people know what they are getting into before they spend a lot of money on a product that they wont be able to get fitting replacements for. I have been emailing a calling this company for the span of 3 months now to get a replacement part for my IHOME nova pro. When they finally answered after 1month give or take they told me that they did not have a replacement piece for that Ihome robot yet but they would soon and would help me (somehow) in the meantime. At this point I was mad but I understood, and asked them what we could do in the meantime to get this working... they did not respond for another month and a half ish. I was also calling every weekend to see if I could get ahold of anyone (I did not). they finally emailed me back after I had almost given up and returned the vacuum and told me that they had just shipped me a new piece that will work for my vacuum for free. This piece came in and it still does not fit my vacuum, and now I am waiting AGAIN for them to reply to me... I would not order this piece, and I would not also get any of their products. It is more of a headache then it is helpful.
