i’m using flax seed just for cooking now

I like not having to grind my flax seed every week to take to work and use on my lunches. Don’t get me wrong, I love flax seed, especially for cooking, but it’s so much easier to take my omega’s now. Another plus for me, is that I don’t burp a seafood smell/taste. I used to take a different algae based oil capsule and burping later always happened. I’m really enjoying Complements Omega caps.

So much better than fish based omega 3 supplements. Why take in all other unnecessary harmful substances when you can get pure omega-3 directly from the source? Complement's product has much higher DHA+EPA too.

Omega Complex

I have been giving my teen Omega Complex for 3 years now. She prefers it to the oil version. It’s much easier to swallow in the gel cap form. I’m glad that you guys make this vegan form.
