Quick Arrival, Actually Easy Assembly, Unresolved Damage

It was delivered very quickly, and it is very easily to put together as it is advertised (even in a very small space). I’m rating 4 stars because I contacted customer service because one of the panels arrived damaged pretty clearly and I have yet to hear back with solutions.

Incredible quality and style. So happy with my purchase and this company. Absolutely beautiful. The only thing is one of the straps on the base board was slightly ripped, but I think that was from the delivery folks being a bit rough with it. Works fine, no biggie. The actually product is stunning. I love that it's not too high but high enough. Amazing in my loft space. Thank you.

Replacement Parts Solved the Issue—Customer Service Saved the Experience

I finally was able to get the bed assembled and working. I want to give special thanks to Bethany from Thuma’s customer support team. After I experienced an issue with one of the rails not fitting properly, she promptly arranged for replacement pieces to be shipped. Once the new parts arrived, I was able to complete the assembly successfully. The finished bed is attractive, sturdy, and appears to be well-made. However, my experience did not match the advertising that suggests one person can easily assemble the bed in just a few minutes. The components are quite heavy, and the assembly process was much more challenging than expected, particularly when dealing with a defective piece. That said, Thuma’s customer service ultimately made things right, and I appreciate Bethany’s professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process. If everything fits correctly, it’s a beautiful bed, but prospective buyers should be aware that assembly may not be as quick or effortless as advertised.
