I felt the effects of the probiotics when using daily. The taste was a little hard to get down for me but I added a half of water flavor packet and that helped.

Flavor needs work
I’m not saying the product doesn’t work, I didn’t get far enough in to truly evaluate. The taste got me and I gave up at day three. I just couldn’t get past it.
