The ring just arrived today and it looks to be great quality! It's soft enough to adjust with a little effort, but firm enough that I'm not worried about it deforming on its own. It took longer to arrive than I had originally thought (16 days), and since this is a gift I'm glad I ordered it with plenty of time to spare. While the product itself is great, and that's the important part, I was frustrated with the tracking. Everything pointed to Shop as the only way to track my order. Since it took longer to ship than I had anticipated, I downloaded the app, which just made me more frustrated because it has a terrible interface and didn't provide me with any other info to work with. The ring is great though so to prospective buyers I'd say just buy it, assume it'll take a little while to arrive, and ignore Shop altogether.
