Signed up to subscription I was not aware of

I got a “free” sample that you pay £5 postage. A week later £58 was taken out of my account saying products were being sent to me as part of my subscription. I did not want either of the above. Contacted to cancel and get my money returned but no reply from Lumin.

Easy to use, works well , helps with self confidence.
