Commuter Backpack black

My backpack was missing the shoulder strap. I immediately emailed the company and didn’t get a reply until almost a week later and they wanted me to take a picture of the packaging the backpack came in and a lot of other information. The bag seems to be of good quality but the customer service was not good. Still can only use it as a backpack.

Just used this for the first time - long flight - so packed lots - book, snacks, charges, phone, laptop, headphones, and more and still had room! Fit under seat perfectly - easy access to my water bottle and all the essentials.

This backpack is everything I wanted and more! It’s simply amazing. Very nice quality and so many compartments for organization. The fact it has a special spot for my water bottle sold me. My 40 oz Brumate fits with no issues. Highly recommend!
