A fantastic bag! As a college professor, I tote a LOT of books and this bag is incredible. I can be organized all in one bag! Would love to see and buy it in the Green as it is a University color!

My absolute favorite bag! It’s my 3rd one and even more obsessed with the new design. It doubles as a diaper bag and work bag for me! 10/10

The item was a gift and did not come with the sholder strap as pictured at the time of purchase. The item was a gift, and ended up about 3 hour drive from me. When I reached out to support, they wanted pictures of the bag, the shipping label, and the boxing it was shipped in. Support was advised that I didnt have these, and I advised that I could pay for the sholder strap if its an issue. Made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one regarding a strap on a $125.00 bag purchase. I ended up going to amazon and purchased a strap that works. Quality assurance is not up to good standards. 😥
