First of all, the items I received are so much more beautiful and enchanting than they appear!! And that's saying something, because these items are gorgeous in the photos!! I placed my order, and at the time there were additional items that come with a subscription that were not included in my box when it arrived. I reached out via email and not only did I get a lovely personal email response, no muss no fuss, the bonus items were shipped immediately. I have had several nightmare experiences with subscriptions (1 time purchase vs. A subscription, no phone number contact, endless AI responses that don't help at all) and this was the exact opposite of them! These guys are doing it ALL the right way. I cannot say enough about the quality and beauty of these products, or their exceptional customer service!
