Very unhappy
My overall experience so far has been absolutely terrible, from getting told I put the wrong address information down so my package got returned. To receiving the package the very next day only to find out that all of the tags that call the hat a large were incorrect as the manufacturer tag showed it was a medium. I emailed your customer service when they return happened. I also emailed y’all the next day again explaining exactly what happened. I waited a couple days as your website says to give you some time as y’all are a small business. I did, in which I still have received no response to so I still just have a medium hat that I didn’t order sitting here with tags because I have gotten zero response whatsoever.
