Customer Service Was Non-Existent
I ordered these sandals during the summer sale time, and I did not realize they were final sale as a result. I tried communicating with customer service about my order in order to decide how best to proceed with a return or exchange and I did not hear back from them at all for over a week (return window is 14 days) and then when I did hear back it was only to tell me they were final sale. I had questions about what I was seeing in my return portal and no one ever got back to me. Unfortunately I would never place another order with this company again due to the lack of customer service.
