I recently ordered a steak bundle and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The included documentation was incredibly helpful it walked me through how to wet age the steaks properly, how to cook them, and even provided temperature guides for ideal doneness. I also really enjoyed reading about the story behind White Oak Pastures. It made me feel like I was supporting not only a company that produces top-tier, clean, and healthy meat, but also good people who genuinely care about their craft, their land, and their customers. The steaks themselves were absolutely delicious. I experimented by aging them for different lengths of time, and my family loved every single one.
