Bought this ring for my boyfriend’s birthday, and when it arrived we received a note letting us know it can be styled as a necklace. The first time it’s worn outside the sword fell from its stone to never be found again. I have reached out to their support line and for two weeks I’ve gotten no response with no help whatsoever! So this is our last attempt at any response or even some help. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with my purchase and service. I more than likely will not be returning.
