Fantastic program for pregnancy!
So excited you finally launched a pregnancy program!! I was 28 weeks when it started so have begun in the third trimester. I love exercising knowing it’s safe & good for both me and my baby.
The meal planners with adjusted calories for pregnancy have been great too.
