These steps are fatastic. The install was not too bad and they work really well. We did have to call Support since we had no power to the steps after following the provided instructions. The support team was incredibly reponsive and told us to change one of the wiring instructions to something different then the printed documentation and it worked great!

Installation went well excellent product. Would highly recommend but have a professional unless you’re very handy to install it

So far it works perfectly. I recommend in Florida Eddy as the preferred installer. To get in and out becomes so much mire comfortable.
