Rebound kit list in mail
Excellent customer service after USPS list the original shipment and it was reported on a Friday when you were closed I received a response and the order was shipped out again quickly when asked to track and locate the second shipment that didn’t arrive as expected and got found to be on the west coast when it was supposed to be delivered on the east coast you responded quickly to track the item
Again due to USPS mistakes the items arrived and are installed working well thank you

Shouldn’t have to replace these within 12 months
Frustrated after spending almost $4000 on an aquarium to have to pay for these spring closures. This should be covered under some type of warranty for a premium product like this
