Universal S.Mount

It’s a nice little gadget; I’m a bit afraid of damaging the phone’s display when tightening it, though I suppose that’s normal. What did surprise me, however, is that I can’t use the SnapGrip Pro mount on my iPhone 13 mini when the adapter and lens are attached. That’s a shame—I wanted to use all these things together; apparently, the only solution is to buy a newer phone.

The worst customer service and return policy. I have never written or reported a complaint before but this has been the most arduously frustrating experience I’ve had with any company. The products are not worth the hassle, time, and money.

I have no idea how good this product is because it never arrived. Add to that that your “customer service” person has refused to issue refund or a replacement even though it’s been over a month since I ordered, Terrible service, would never order again, have referred this to my credit card company for resolution as you refuse to help me.
