Didn’t even send me the file that allows me to change the websites backgrounds. Not included anywhere in the files. Double, then triple checked. Redownloaded all files. Watched all the videos and just didn’t have the file needed to upload new backgrounds to Shopify. Then emailed them and they never answered or reached out. Basically wasted $100+
