Great Addition to the Hot Sauce Shelf

While the Classic 5-pack gets the most day to day use around our house, I'm glad to have added the Small Batch 4-pack to our arsenal: The quality is equally high, and it sees more specialized use. The Hatch Sauce is mild enough to be used for flavor, rather than heat - mostly on eggs and potatoes. The Strawberry Ginger is a fantastic sweet sauce that I'm still finding a true use for, but I've enjoyed it with charcuterie boards. The Garlic Shiitake is nicely hot - and can be used on just about anything for heat and umami. The Plum Reaper is probably my favorite, because it serves well on Tex Mex and breakfast plates; a little sweet with a lot of heat.
