I couldn't tell if I'd like the colour, so I chatted with customer services before ordering and they described it. Although still unsure they reminded me that free returns meant there was no risk in trying.
Yes, I did end up swapping for a different colour but also tweaked the sizin which gave me the perfect fit.
That process was simple, quick and, of course free.
So in the end I got exactly what I wanted.
