I will never go back to buying ground beef at the grocery store after trying the beef from MTexBeef- -
the difference is night & day! Their meat has a beautiful, coarse grind that retains its texture. It was fresh, too; prepared only 2 days prior to my purchase. My burgers were incredibly juicy with that perfect beefy flavor, and there was virtually no shrinkage or liquid pooling in the pan. Highly recommended!. A++++.
