Kick Bump Backpack

Horrible customer service, I would actually say customer service is nonexistent. I emailed multiple times and never got a response that resolved my issue. 15 days to get the backpack. It took 12 days just for them to ship it, once it was shipped it only took three days to get to me, which is totally normal coming from California to Arizona. And the backpack itself is good. This backpack was for my daughter before the start of school, unfortunately it didn’t come in time and I had to go buy another backpack just to start school.

My son loved his backpack. The colors are vibrant and the material is nice. Great quality.

Product is fine. I paid extra for express shipping with a promise of 5 business days delivery. Took 8 business days. 10 days since I ordered. When I asked for a refund on the additional shipping, they stopped responding to my emails. It’s only a few bucks, but it’s the principle. The way customer service approached me in their initial email response was somewhat sideways as well. Almost rude and insinuating I purchased from a knock off company and was barking up the wrong tree, because they researched and didn’t find any orders with my name, email or address. 🤨 This was a gift. I will not be purchasing Spy Ninjas products ever again simply due to the way customer service handled this situation.
