these are my first pair of sandals from any footwear company, and these are very high-quality sandals. the straps took some adjustments and getting used to, but after a while of walking around in them and getting a feel for how i wanted them to fit, they were perfect. i like how soft and non-irritating the straps are, and the leather footbed feels very nice. im glad to finally be adjusted to the freedom of minimalist anatomical footwear, and i love wearing my sandals for how natural my feet move and feel while wearing them. the strap system is very secure and comfortable in my personal experience, and they feel very durable and built to last a long time. I can't think of wearing anything else for my comfort after experiencing these sandals, and im very happy with my purchase.

Love these sandals!

I have worn the 5mm black bear for a year and love them for every day wear, but these are really great for more rugged terrain or any time you need some extra grip. I still feel like I'm wearing barefoot sandals, but the extra grippy sole are great additions and I can't really see a scenario these sandals couldn't go with me. Thank you for making excellent products!
