Belle forme mais cuir pas doux

Le sac M est très bien fait pour une journée au travail , compartiments très pratiques , très belles finitions mais le cuir n est pas doux au toucher mais plutôt rugueux avez vous une technique pour le rendre plus agréable au toucher , je suis n peu déçu par la qualité du cuir
