Great Customer Service and Product!
Hi! We purchased this toddler tower in white a few months ago and had a building issue with the first one that was sent. All of the pieces were there but I couldn’t get the base as tight as I wanted for safety purposes. I sent pictures and videos to the Dadada Team and they worked with me to find a solution, which ended up being a new tower! That one was put together with ease and my child loves it! It feels safe and secure and makes everyone’s day so much easier, and we are so grateful we reached out when we thought something wasn’t quite right, because the company agreed and solved the problem!
