Just got this little dumpling! Love everything about this bag. It is light, small but Carey's everything you may need for every day use. It is an extra cherry in top as Sonya is from Vancouver and now has her business in Toronto. Canada made by women. What can be better? Ordered Maya a day after I ordered Francesca because why not? Planning on ordering some more once things are in stock again.

I like the design concept and look of this bag, however was disappointed in the packaging, no dust bag, no fresh new leather smell. There is no lining to the bag you can get that at an additional customization and cost. Overall just feel the quality does not meet the expectation with how expensive this bag is. Returns are not accepted only exchange and in a very short window of time.

Sonya Lee Moves Me.
Initially, I was not sold on the francesca bag when it first arrived. Despite my initial uncertainty to the bag, I love it! It is a very sleek, stylish, and versatile bag that fits quite a lot, but is not extremely bulky and awkward. The next time it is available, I will definitely be purchasing the francesca in the grande size. I have two cons for this bag, one major and one minor. My major con for the bag is that it is difficult to adjust the straps. Although extremely cool, the balls are hard to get through the holes and can make adjusting the strap very frustrating and time consuming. The minor con is the bag is unlined and some of the material does attach to any lighter services like notebook paper. I think this is a minor con because the designer does acknowledge this and I believe offers lining at a bit of an extra cost. All in all, I am 100% satisfied with this purchase and use the bag almost everyday. Sonya Lee continues to impress. The designs, attention to detail, and beautiful craftsmanship just move me.
