The pork is outrageous! No matter how you cook it it comes out tasting delicious and moist. Stuffed artichoke bottoms or a simple grilling of sausage and peppers. Pork meatloaf is a must!

Just fried up the vac pac that had a hole in it with just salt and pepper. Tasted like breakfast sausage without all the enhancers (including loads of sugar). We found that just 3 oz was sufficient to satisfy us. It seems everybody wants 4 or 5 store bought links. Worth the money.
