PORK BUTT (2-PACK)

I love to make Vietnamese Banh mi sandwiches with pork, but the bone in didn’t work for me.

So I ordered the pork butt for July 4 and it arrived just in time to thaw and get it in the crockpot for the most tender delicious fall off the bone BBQ pork sandwich!!! The meat was so delicious and tender , slow cooked with only a little rub. It was so good just plain , but just a touch of BBQ sauce for the sandwich made it perfect. The cut was a nice size and the package came with two. I cooked them both and have lots in the freezer for the rest of the summer! Thank you Freedom Farms. PS. Your customer service is amazing- I even got a call to make sure I was going to be home to accept the meat when it came! Awesome!
