Highly recommend the company

My iHome vacuum robot stopped working after a couple weeks of just buying it. I went to return it or exchange it at Walmart and they would not help me out they said it's non-refundable so I thought let me call the company, I called the company and I was shocked to hear this... they offered to send me a new one i just needed to send them the one i have back and they paid for it. That meant the world to me. Im so happy

We bought this vacuum from Walmart originally they were on clearance so why not! It stopped working two weeks later. Contacted customer service, walked through a few troubleshooting steps. Didn’t work so they replaced it. New one works perfectly!!! Thank you for being awesome 😎
