Best detector I have had

It is very sturdy on the windshield and love the mirror tap connection for power. It works extremely well picking up all signals.

Overall I like my R4W. It is less sensitive to noise (particularly in K band) than my old Uniden. However the programming is user-unfriendly. And one feature in particular is maddening: the Over Speed warning when near a Speed Camera. You get a brief warning of the camera and then the Over Speed hogs the display completely blocking the distance to the camera. That is the very info that you need not a nag about speeding. That has got to go!

Wow the range on this thing….

Went on my first long road trip with it today and it has more range than my R3 which I dearly love as it has saved me more time than I can count. Great product and I love the interactive app
