I've always bought my Royo bread directly from the Royo bakery company. However, this time I purchased from Netrition. I was so surprised they shipped FedEx 2day for the same shipping cost that Royo ships via USPS. And they packed it in a super nice, reusable cooler bag with an ice pack and cardboard dividers to prevent smashing!

Not necessary
All was defrosted when it arrived, the ice packs. However, though the cols pack was recommended for the one product I purchased, I don't the product needed it and that I wasted my money paying for the Cold Pack Service. It should PNLY be offered for products that truly need it!
