won't count on it to keep food cool enough to avoid melting.

Good service but I live in Texas where it is very hot and there should have been at least one or two more ice packs since it takes a few days of sitting in hot trucks etc before delivery. My Built bars melted into squishy blobs.

Of course, the ice pack was not cold once it got to me, but I guess it helped to keep the bread fresh
