Plants looked healthy, although showed signs of potential black rot

The plants arrived quickly, and were as expected, looking primarily healthy. My only concern was with potential black rot signs. This is a very common disease with grape vines. After being assured, they are fine. I planted them and they continue to get brown dots. I have sent another email regarding this issue to see if an educated diagnosis would show anything different. I just sent that email this morning, so of course I have not heard back yet.
