Daisy Tote

I ordered this purse in Turquoise after seeing my friends identical purse in Aqua. I wanted something a little darker than the color she got. The purse itself is beautiful. The color is darker and very rich. The leather is very soft and supple. I just wish it didn’t have the non-removable short straps and the long strap that came with it was made out of a heavier material. I do like the extra pouch that came with it. And I love the tassels on the sides. I am a Dooney purse person, and my friend told me about Old Trend so we’re trying them together. I do see one or two other purses I would like to order, but the price is too high at this time and if I buy another Old Trend purse, I will make sure that it has a better, longer strap to go on it.

Off the Chain Customer Service! (yeah, that’s a Good thing :)

WOW! Where do I begin? I will start by saying that I have roamed this earth long enough to remember when Excellent Customer Service was an expectation and not an option! Through the years it has sadly become “almost” non-existent, which is why I MUST write this review!! First of all, it takes me a long time to land on a product/company because I research everything. Old Trend was no exception and I was very excited to make my first purchase…the Daisy Tote! She was meant for a special occasion and I was giddy! The initial color I wanted for summer was not available, so I happily chose the lovely Heather Grey. A couple of days passed by when I received notification that the Heather Grey was also out of stock (welllll…because it’s a beautiful bag.) They asked if I would like to choose another color (which uh yeah, I did…because…I’m no quitter :) So, I kindly responded to their email..(with the disappointment of a little kid who just discovered their shoes don’t actually light up), and told them I would go with black..can’t go wrong with a classic. So, I left it at that and carried on, reminding myself to patiently wait for Daisy’s arrival. Then it happened…Old Trend Support not only acknowledged my email, but they stepped up to a level of Superb Excellence that I have not experienced in a very long time! They were listening, and responded with the kind of professionalism that puts them in the Stratosphere of Customer Service!! *Old Trend, I am already a huge fan!! Not only do you create Stunning products… your appreciation for your Customers shines through! It matters! THANK YOU!
