Product is good, but colors were off. Difficult to get stain color questions answered: How to go about getting a custom order, picking stain, etc.

I'm impressed with the quality of the white oak samples, thank you! We are planning to order floating shelves this fall or winter after we renovate our kitchen and are more sure about sizes.
