Absolutely shocking. For such a large well known company you would expect customer service to be something they offer. Placed an order. Took my money and received a confirmation of the order. For 2 weeks I had no email regarding the order being posted. Contacted the PDC store 4 different times. Had no response. It was only once I done some research and contacted the main distributors (national merchandise) that control the PDC store that I got a response. Honestly customer service was shocking. The communication or lack of from the PDC store is not acceptable. Do not recommend at all
