Singularity

I tried to purchase from their website, the payment went over a week and then it was denied, likely due to an issue from my credit card company’s end. I decided to send an email hoping to clear the confusion, but it was to no avail since they didn’t even bother getting back to me. It’s been weeks now with no response whatsoever. I get that payment issues can happen, but completely ignoring a potential customer who is trying to resolve the issue is unacceptable—especially when you’re selling expensive audio equipment. I suggest spending money elsewhere instead of wasting time with this company.

Took a BIG leap-of-faith and ordered these blind, based on reviews. What the Singularity does for me is expand the music’s detail and makes each note important. No “smearing”. They complement my JM Audio Editions Carbon Universe 300ohm closed back headphones. Thank You.
