Pro Roaster Bronze Loop Handles

Given the price of the pan (plus international shipping…) I hesitated for awhile before taking the plunge. But now that it’s here I regret waiting! It’s exactly the alternative to chemical-y non-stick and heavy cast iron that I was looking for. So far I’ve made an induction-to-oven bean dish (photo) and seared Halloumi. It heats evenly and faster than the cast iron, and the bronze handles really do stay pretty cool. With only a little oil in the pan the halloumi didn’t stick. In short: it’s fantastic and given the quality it expect it will outlast me. I’ll be back for the larger size with higher walls too.
