A pleasant light roast blend. The tasting notes of "lime, orange blossom honey, vanilla" are spot on. I also really appreciate the value: most bags from other well-known high-end brands are 12oz, but this one is 16oz for approximately the same price, which is more than reasonable. My receipt came with a handwritten thank you saying, "So cool, that our coffee made it to Indiana! Thanx! -Alisa". This felt more sincere and more personable than what I would get from a larger supplier. I will definitely order again in the future when my bag eventually runs out.

My favorite!

This roast is my absolute favorite coffee of all time. I use it for pour over coffees and as espresso for my espresso machine and it is so delicious. I can’t say enough great things about unapologetic!

Favorite Coffee in Buffalo

I wish we lived closer so we could visit the shop more frequently. We order a bag of grounds and beans to add to our at home coffee rotation. It's one of our favorites and definitely our favorite local coffee. Smooth tasting for those that like a mild blend.
