I love my bike, however the accelerator/gas button gets stuck and the other day when I was standing talking to someone I accidentally hit it, and it got stuck and hurt me pretty bad

Great Bike

The order came in two parts which I’m sure was mentioned and I just missed it. I contacted Nakto and they promptly replied. The bike came really easy to assemble and took longer to unbox then it did to put together. The chain runs loose and pops if you don’t pedal while changing gears…easy to put back on with the tool kit provided and does not effect the electric system, still allowing you to ride. I am familiar with pulling back the tire to tighten the chain but the electric system is fixed in and I’m not playing with it. My daughter was educated to properly change gears and had not had a problem since. Ok now for the bad, while riding my daughter’s tire (inner-tube) exploded, nobody was hurt the bike actually slowed itself (flat tire). The tire is actually outside the rim…I’m so thankful the bike is built so sturdy and strong it didn’t shake or lose control. I have reached out to Nakto and will keep you all updated. My daughter loves this bike I hope they respond!

The quality is superb at this low price point. Also included many accessories such as a basket,reflectors,a horn,front light. Shipping also was included. Rides like a dream. Easy to charge battery. Would highly recommend.
