The hat looks nice but was a bit different from what was shown on the website. When I reached out to customer service I only got an automated response. So I exchanged the item, thinking they would send me the right one but it looked just like the last one they sent me. Finally I received an email apologizing for the inconvenience. They said they'd send me a new one but I have yet to get that one and that was 3 weeks ago.

Other cap does not stand up, it looks really bunchy and loose on your head.
