I continue to love the OG. I buy the big jar and it goes on wraps and salads and many other things. It has a delicious caramelised spicy flavour that compliments and does not overwhelm the other flavours of the dish. It is not vinegary, instead having a tangy initial flavour that then unfolds to a deep umami flavour and then ends on a tinge of savoury sweetness. All accompanied by a healthy kick of chilli heat.
