Liked the shoe. . . but it came very small

I was looking forward to wearing these shoes to a wedding, but when I received them, they were ridiculously small. Not just one size too small, but not even close. Not sure how that happened, but I know my European size (which I ordered). Then to be charged for the return of the shoes? I won't be ordering from Zou Xou again.
