Defective Product
We ordered 3 chapati box with a bird handle. One of them have a different handle. Further the lid is damaged. There are multiple holes that has been covered with wood putty (picture1), Also the lid rubber lining to keep the box air tight is missing (picture 2). Customer service is very bad. In spite of sending several emails and leaving several voice messages, no response or even a courtesy call back

Beautiful when sent as shown
This box is beautiful. The lid is the same for spice box when sent as shown the product is lovely.
