Red Velvet Postable Cake

Great to be able to send in the post

This is my best friend's favourite cake, barring only her wedding cake, which is a big compliment from a cake lover! I don't live near her, so being able to post her one is great. She says it always arrives as fresh as if she bought it in the shop herself.

Cake?

I was looking forward to this cake and was extremely disappointed because all I tasted was butter icing, all I could feel in my mouth was the butteriness. I could not taste nor feel any cake.
